RETURNS & REFUNDS
DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS/RETURNS?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations or returns. Please keep in mind that our products will have different results for each individual and we do not guarantee a specific outcome for our products. For this reason we will not replace or exchange items. SimmonsBeauty.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
ORDER ISSUES
HOW CAN I REACH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN EXPECT A RESPONSE?
For customer service inquiries only, please email support@simmonsbeauty.com. Our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM EST and we do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours of receiving your response. We answer inquiries in the order they are received, so please don’t send multiple emails, our system will place you at the end of the queue. We will get back to you with a response as soon as possible, but our response times may be extended during holidays and promotions.
MY ORDER CONFIRMATION DIDN’T ARRIVE YET, DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
Sometimes, order confirmation emails may be delayed due to high order volumes. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team support@simmonsbeauty.com.
I’VE ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
All sales are final and orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please make sure that all of your info is correct before submitting your order.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER AND I NEED HELP.
Please contact our Support team at support@simmonsbeauty.com to request replacement for damaged products or report other issues with your order. We review all issues submitted within 14 days of delivery of the package and any requests received after the first 14 days of you obtaining your product it is no longer eligible for review. In order to have your product reviewed, you must provide us with photos of your product and order issues along with their Packing slip. Note: items shipped using a mail forwarding service are not eligible for replacement/exchange/refund of any kind.
DELIVERY
HOW LONG UNTIL MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?
Due to current health orders in New York, our fulfillment center may temporarily experience reduced hours or closure. Thus, due to the current social-economic events we’re experiencing, we cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time. Your order will receive top priority as soon as it is placed and we will do our best to ensure it is shipped out in a timely manner.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?
Items shipped outside of the USA are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import and these fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by Simmons Beauty. Customs regulations in the U.S.A. require that we display the full product value on the front of the package. To determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order, please check with your country’s customs office.

HOW MUCH CAN I BUY, IS THERE A LIMIT?
Some items may have limits placed the maximum quantity that may be purchased at one time and limits will depend on demand as well as product supply and availability.
IF I ADD MY ITEMS TO CART, CAN I RESERVE THEM?
You can add your item to the cart, but adding Items to cart will not reserve an item for you. Transactions are completed in the order they are received due to product availability and limited supplies.
